Tristan Thompson Calls Khloe Kardashian His "Person"
Tristan Thompson has been accused of not keeping up with all of his kids.
The Cleveland Cavaliers player recently made an appearance on The Kardashians, where Kim Kardashian praised him for being "such a good dad," but noted how he "just couldn't get it together in that area of being a faithful boyfriend" to ex Khloe Kardashian, with whom he shares daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 14 months.
"Who he was was so f–ked up…but he's also shown so many decent things and has just been a really good person and friend," the SKIMS mogul shared in a confessional, pointing out how Tristan even helped babysit her four children during a difficult period in her life. "When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up."
However, it seems her words didn't resonate with the aunt of Tristan's 6-year-old son Prince, who he shares with ex Jordan Craig. In an Oct. 5 Instagram post, Kai Craig accused Tristan of being an absentee father to his oldest child.

"It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister's privacy I haven't for over 7 years, but this is just too much," she wrote. "It's so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can't seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince."
Calling his alleged absence "appalling and inexcusable," Kai continued in a message to Tristan, "You are NOT a good father if you can't be a good father to ALL of your children."

She added in a separate note to Kim, "I don't want to believe that you are this insensitive to the fact that he literally ignores his children. That's nice if he's been a good friend to you, but let's consider our sisters before taking to global platforms to defend this man's character."
E! News has reached out to Tristan, Jordan and Kim's reps for comment on Kai's claims but hasn't heard back.
Tristan began dating Jordan in 2014. He started his romance with Khloe two years later, while Jordan was pregnant with their first child. Prince was born in December 2016.
In addition to Prince and his two kids with Khloe, Tristan is also dad to Maralee Nichols' 22-month-old son Theo, whose paternity was revealed in January 2022 after the NBA star and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum sought a surrogate to carry their second child together.
At the time, Tristan apologized to Khloe for the "humiliation I have caused you."

"Khloe, you don't deserve this," he wrote in a statement on Instagram Stories. "You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. Since then, Khloe has accepted Tristan's apology, continuing to co-parent their kids together. "I forgive Tristan for me because I've got to let that s–t go," the Good American founder shared on a July episode of The Kardashians. "I need to for myself. I can't move on with my life if I'm holding onto this bulls–t."
